TOXFREE ZH RZ1FZ1-K (AS)
Description
An armored LSZH safety cable is TOXFREE ZH RZ1FZ1-K AS. It does not release harmful or corrosive gases in the event of a fire, safeguarding the public's health and preventing potential harm to electronic devices. Its use is therefore strongly advised for public areas, rodent-infested installations, and installations in general where there is a chance of mechanical aggression to the cable.

The conductor
Class 5 (flexible) electrolytically annealed copper, according to EN 60228 and IEC 60228.
Insulation
XLPE, or cross-linked polyethylene.
In accordance with HD 308, insulated conductors are typically identified as follows:
One Natural
Two x Brown + Blue
3 G Green/yellow + Brown + Blue
Three x Black + Grey + Brown
4 G: Green/yellow + Black + Grey + Brown
Four times: Brown, Black, Grey, and Blue
5 G: Green/yellow + Blue + Grey + Black + Brown
At least six black-numbered plus green or yellow
Sheath of separation
Polyolefin inner sheath with low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) properties.
Armor
Double tape armour made of steel or aluminum. Single-core cables use aluminum armor to prevent parasite currents that could cause the cable to overheat. The multicore cables are made of steel tape.
External sheath
IEC 60502-1 classifies Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) polyolefins as type ST8, while UNE 21123-4 classifies them as type DMZ-E. Green, fire-retardant, and non-toxic.
