Description

Flexible LSZH power cable, for public places.

One type of LSHF safety cable is Toxfree® ZH N1 X1G1 Flex. It doesn't release corrosive or toxic gases in the event of a fire, protecting people and electronic devices from potential harm. It is therefore strongly advised for use in public settings like hospitals, schools, museums, bus terminals, airports, shopping malls, offices, labs, etc.

According to EN 60332-1 and IEC 60332-1, flames do not spread.

In accordance with EN 60332-3, IEC 60332-3, and EN 50399, fire does not spread.

Light transmittance > 80% indicates low smoke emission in accordance with EN 61034 and IEC 61034.

Class 5 (flexible) electrolytically annealed copper in accordance with EN and IEC 60228.

Insulation

IEC 60502-1 classifies cross-linked polyethylene as type XLPE, while HD 603 classifies it as type DIX-3.

In accordance with HD 308, insulated conductors are typically identified as follows:
One Natural

Two x Brown + Blue

3 G Green/Yellow + Brown + Blue

Three x Black + Grey + Brown

(reduced cross-section) 3 x + 1 x Brown + Black + Grey + Blue

4 G Green/Yellow + Black + Grey + Brown

Four times: Brown, Black, Grey, and Blue

5 G Green/Yellow + Brown + Black + Grey + Blue

External sheath
IEC 60502-1 classifies this low smoke, halogen-free polyolefin as type ST8.

Flame non-propagation based on UNE-EN 60332-1 and IEC 60332-1.

Technology

According to EN 60228 and IEC 60228, conductor electrolytic copper, class 1 (FR-N1 X1G1-U) or class 2 (FR-N1 X1G1-R).

In accordance with HD 308, insulated conductors are typically identified as follows:
