TOXFREE ZH ES05Z1-K & H07Z1-K (AS)

An LSHF safety cable is TOXFREE ZH ES05Z1-K and H07Z1-K (AS). It doesn't release corrosive or hazardous gases in the case of a fire, protecting humans and electronic devices from potential harm. It is therefore strongly advised for usage in public settings like hospitals, schools, museums, bus terminals, airports, shopping centres, offices, labs, etc.

According to EN 50525-3-31, the maximum conductor temperature is 70ºC.

160ºC is the maximum short-circuit temperature (maximum 5 s).

-40ºC is the minimum service temperature for shielded and permanent installations.

In highly resistant boxes, small cross sections (ranging from 0.75 mm2 to 6 mm2) are included. 100 m sealed coils of medium cross sections (ranging from 10 mm2 to 35 mm2) are provided. Drums are used to supply larger cross sections (>35 mm2).

Class 5 (flexible) electrolytically annealed copper, according to EN 60228 and IEC 60228.

Electrolytic annealed copper, class 5 (flexible), based on EN 60228 and IEC 60228.

Insulation

UNE 211002 classifies polyolefin as type TIZ1, while EN 50363-7 classifies it as type TI7. It is halogen-free and produces little smoke in a fire.
