Description

Flat cables for lifts, cranes, hoists and conveyor systems.

TOPFLAT H05VVH6-F and H07VVH6-F are flat cables designed especially for cranes, lifts, hoists, drum reeling, and conveyor systems. It is not recommended to stack wires on top of each other during installation. The cable can hang up to 35 meters and draw out at a maximum speed of 1.6 meters per second.

For H05VVH6-F (up to 1 mm2), the nominal voltage is 300/500 · V, and for H07VVH6-F (from 1,5 mm2), it is 450/750 V.

The conductor

Electrolytic copper of class 5 (flexible), according to EN 60228 and IEC 60228.

Insulation

Flexible PVC type TI2 (EN 50363-3).

Insulated conductors are often identified as follows in compliance with HD 308 and EN 50334:

4 G: Brown, Grey, Black, and Green/Yellow

At least six conductors with black and green or yellow numbers

Sheath outside

Type TM2 is a black, flexible PVC outer sheath that complies with EN 50363-4-1. The ripcord can be used to gently tear the outer sheath.
